Notice of Request for Qualifications for Construction Manager At Risk Services
The Board of Education of the Auburn Career Center (the “Owner”) is soliciting statements of
qualifications for a construction manager at risk in connection with the Owner’s Professional
Development Center and Law and Public Safety Facility Construction Project (the “Project”).
The Project will consist of construction of, and additions, renovations and improvements to, the
Owner’s Professional Development Center and Law and Public Safety Facility, and such
additional and reasonably related improvements as may be deemed necessary by the Owner. The
Project is located at the Auburn Career Center campus at 8140 Auburn Road, Concord Twp., OH
44077. The Owner’s estimated budget for the Project is $3,900,000 (which is subject to change
in the Board’s sole discretion).
